These Terms & Conditions govern all purchases made through our website magushjewelry.com, operated by Maush Jewelry. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Products

Each jewel is made in Italy and handcrafted with care. We do our best to ensure that product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate. As our jewels are artisanal, slight variations may occur, making each piece unique.

2. Orders

Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation. This does not represent acceptance of your order — the contract is formed only once your order has been dispatched. We reserve the right to refuse orders in cases such as stock unavailability or payment issues.

3. Prices & Payments

All prices are shown in Euro, inclusive of VAT (IVA). Payment is required in full at the time of purchase and is processed securely through our trusted payment providers.

4. Delivery

Orders are prepared with care and dispatched within 5 working days. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number to follow your package. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination.

5. Returns & Exchanges

You may request a return or exchange within 14 days from delivery by contacting our customer service. To qualify, the jewel must be returned unworn, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
In the case of faulty or incorrect items, we will cover all return costs.

6. Liability

We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by circumstances beyond our control (e.g. courier delays, customs). Our liability for any claim shall not exceed the value of the product purchased.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Italian law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Milan.
