Every order is prepared with care, individually packed by hand to ensure your jewel arrives in perfect condition. Orders are dispatched within 5 working days of purchase. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number, allowing you to follow your package until it reaches you.

If for any reason you wish to return or exchange your jewel, please contact us at magushjewelry@magushjewelry.com within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, the jewel must be unworn, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when received. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. In the unlikely event that the jewel arrives faulty or incorrect, we will cover all return costs for you.
